Healing Light Frequencies is a private membership association. Therefore, everyone who comes to the center, must be a member. There is a one time, lifetime membership fee of $10 due at the time of your first appointment, or you can purchase your $10 membership ahead of time through the Store button. All new members will receive a complementary jar of bath salts at their first visit.

How a Private Membership Association Works
Healing Light Frequencies is set up as a Private Meembership Association (PMA), which means that the center is not open to the public. Each individual wanting to have access to our center will need to purchase a lifetime membership for $10 each. Membership is a prerequisite to making an appointment. As a member, each individual is accepting the self-directed goal of helping their body function better and choosing techniques for themselves. Dependents will be covered under the membership of their caregiver.
Being a member allows you along with your health care provider to decide what kind of services you want to receive and duration. All member records are private documents and are kept confidential.
All people coming to Healing Light Frequencies are not patients or clients, they are “members”. As a private member, individuals agree to utilize the service provided by the Healing Light Frequencies, which is out of the jurisdiction of the city, state and/or federal agencies. If there is a claim or issue with the service provided by the Healing Light Frequencies a member agrees to private arbitration instead of going to the public medical boards, law enforcement, etc.
The results achieved by each member accessing Healing Light Frequencies will vary. The information and statements made are for education purposes and are not intended to replace advice of your physician. Our services are not intended to be a substitute for conventional medical services but will complement them greatly.
Benefits of Joining a PMA
Healing Light Frequencies is organized as a Private Ministerial Association, which is a type of Private Membership Association (PMA). PMAs have an established history and maintain a significant and unique standing in law; they are generally immune from most, if not all, state and federal Public Laws. The exception would be if the activities of the association present a “clear and present danger of a substantial evil”. The phrase “clear and present danger of a substantial evil” can be more easily interpreted as activity that causes an immediate threat of serious harm or death.
Why are they immune from public laws? They are private, not public. The ability to form a PMA and the protections afforded by a properly formed PMA seem to be new information to many people but they are not a new concept. You have the right to assemble and to associate. That right has always been there. Private Membership Associations have been around for a very long time.
Over the past several decades and due to favorable rulings, opinions and interpretations by the Supreme Court, the law of the land has highlighted our constitutional rights to conduct business in a PMA, or private membership association. When operating under a properly formed PMA, we are operating in the private domain versus the public domain. A PMA allows Healing Light Frequencies to operate with the added protection of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) and our Constitutional Rights. Members of a PMA have the right to private contract under the due process liberty clause of the 5th and 14th Amendments, and states may not pass laws that impair the obligation of a contract.

By joining HEALING LIGHT FREQUENCIES, a Private Membership Association and/or any website or Social Media Group started by, created by, maintained, or organized by the Association, I agree to the terms and conditions of HEALING LIGHT FREQUENCIES, a Private Membership Association, Agreement as follows.
1. This Association of members declares that our objective is to allow the Private Membership Association founders and all Private Membership Association members with a platform in which to conduct all manner of private business with the Association and with other Associations and Association members, keeping all business in the private domain and utilizing the protections guaranteed by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the Constitutions to preserve our rights to associate and conduct business in private as a matter of a private contractual relationship.
2. We believe that the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the Constitution of the United States of America, and of the several states, and the Charter of Rights of Canada guarantees our members the rights of free speech, petition, assembly, and the right to gather together for the lawful purpose of helping one another in asserting our rights protected by those Constitutions, Charter and Statutes, in addition to the rights to be free from unreasonable search and seizure, the right to not incriminate ourselves, and the right to freely exercise all other unalienable rights as granted by God and guaranteed by those Constitutions, Charter, and Statutes.
WE HEREBY Declare that we are exercising our right of “freedom of association” as guaranteed by the aforementioned documents and our Association activities are restricted to the private domain only and outside of the jurisdiction of government entities, agencies, Trustees, agents, contractors, and other representatives to regulate or interfere with as provided by law.
3. We declare the basic right of all of our members to decide for themselves which Association members could be expected to give wise counsel and advice concerning all matters.
4. We expect the freedom to choose and perform for ourselves the types of therapies, modalities, and treatments that we think best for diagnosing, treating and preventing illness and disease and for achieving and maintaining optimum wellness, as well as the freedom to choose for ourselves any types of assistance which may be made regarding law and any other business activity.
5. The mission of this Association is to provide members with a forum to conduct private business between members in the private domain with the protections guaranteed within the aforesaid Constitution and Charter remaining fully intact.
6. The Association will recognize any individual, person(s), natural or otherwise (irrespective of race, color, or religion) who have joined this Association or any social media group organized, created, or managed by this Association and is in agreement with these principles and policies as a member of this Association, providing said person has not been sanctioned or banned by the association, and will provide a medium through which its individual members may associate for actuating and bringing to fruition the purposes heretofore declared.
7. Membership to this Association, “HEALING LIGHT FREQUENCIES”, and any of its groups may be terminated by the association Chairperson or their designee, at any time, should they conclude that a specific member is interacting with them or any other members in a way that is contrary or detrimental to the focus, principles, and betterment of this Association.
I agree this contract began on the date of my joining “HEALING LIGHT FREQUENCIES”. I declare that by joining this Association and/or the Associations websites and/or social media group(s), I have carefully read the whole of this document and I understand and agree with it.
I also agree that, should I disagree with any part of this statement, I will immediately provide written notice of termination of my membership here.
